Fox Hollow Condominium Conditions of Rental
- 50% of rental rate is required to hold deposit at the time of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival must be paid in cash, bank check, travelers check or by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MC ACCEPTED). No personal checks will be accepted. All payments must be U.S. funds.
- A damage deposit of $250 is required upon arrival. This is authorized on a credit card. Management at its discretion, reserves the right to increase damage deposit required upon arrival of the rental party.
- No PETS and NO SMOKING Allowed. Failure to comply shall result in the loss of Damage Deposit.
- In addition to rental fee there is a 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax and 5% gratuity charge.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M. Checkout time is by 10:30 A.M.
- Anyone staying past checkout time will be charged $25.00 an hour from damage deposit for late departure.
- In case of cancellation North Country Property Management will reimburse the lessee the full amount of the rental deposit less 10% provided that the lessee notified North Country Property Management more than 14 days before the arrival date. There will be no refund of any rental deposit when notification of cancellation is less than 14 days of arrival
Check-in Procedure:
Sunday thru Wednesday - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday - 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday - 4:00 p.m. to midnight
Guests must check in at the Killington Gateway Condominiums rental office, which is located just 2 miles west of Fox Hollow on Route 4.
